I don't think NOAA will have an official App until 2020 but I have been using this app for years:

It takes the local NWS data into an easy to use form. The radar is not very good though.

Things are trending drier and looks like it could be overcast and upper 60's which would be amazing!

NWS downgraded their chances from 60% to 50%, then to 30% today.

The Weather Channel app has essentially removed rain from the forecast entirely. Went from 50 to 30 to 20% and now nothing. It mentions a "very slight chance of a shower early".

The weather for this game was fantastic. Aside from a couple sprinkles, the overcast skies, light winds, and cool temps made this one of the most comfortable tailgates and games I can ever remember.
