Personally, I thought he did a nice job stabilizing and repositioning the league after the twin disasters of 2010 and 2011. His quote from the last Big 12 media days just before OU and Texas dropped the bomb will live in infamy for some, but I remain highly skeptical there was anything he could have done to prevent it.
