Yes, it's all based off donation level/priority points.

My experience is you can get better tickets cheaper on the secondary market. Downside is you don't help the university sell their allotment and you have to make sure you get on the right side of the stadium to be with Cyclone fans.

A lot depends on the weather. Sponsors get lots of really good seats. If the weather is bad, they will bail on their seats.
