Thats a pretty big loss for Sports Authority. I don't know how they will be able to make that up.
Sweet! In a weird way, I always felt like the Roughriders were my Canadian team even though I've never seen them play b/c my uncle went to college with one of their coaches back when I was growing up.

I wish him all the best in the CFL. I hope he uses this as the opportunity to show what he can do on the field.
Great for Todd. Great athlete for ISU. Sure would have liked to see him more involved in our schemes his last year here and wish he'd had a healthy junior year. I have a #1 away jersey that saw game use...wonder if he'd trade me for a red one. anyone got contact info?
Wish I would've saw this before last night - he and Meyer were at Blue Moon last night. They did get harassed a bit and the Iowa fight song got played a lot. :no:

From what I've found searching the net, the minimum salary is $35,000, with an average of about $45,000.
That upsets me. Blythe was one of the top five players ever at ISU, was a good student (got degree in 3.5 years), and was totally respectful. He worked at Sports Authority, so what??? I think we are all pretty bitter about losing alot in sports and getting used to bad news, but I don't think we should be taking shots at one of the best Cyclones ever.
