On ESPN radio this morning they said there was a rumor that Al Davis would be firing Tom Cable.

Seriously? As a 49ers fan living in Iowa, I feel as though I've got an outside perspective on the whole Bears situation, and I have nothing but respect for Lovie Smith as a coach. I say they need to re-evaluate the coordinators, but Lovie should stay.

That being said, I still can't believe he let Rivera go, and the Bears defense WAS without Urlacher the whole year.
