Not swiping. Dump the dead weight as they create a new conference and division. They may swipe a couple teams from the ACC on the way out, but there will be replacements available for the ACC (Rutgers, Vanderbilt, etc)

Sure the BIG and SEC will put in guide lines for the future. Guide lines that will help them retain the standards and strength they currently have.
