I don't know about you guys, but my excitement level for incoming Freshman Talen Horton-Tucker aka Big Smooth is through the roof right now. Looks like he is tearing it up once again. LW and Big Smooth in the same back court? My lord.

Sam Perkins will always be "Sleepy" Sam Perkins to me.
Sleepy Sam couldn't hold a candle to the real Big Smooth. THT will be an instant impact player next year before fully taking the reigns as a sophomore. Would be surprised to see him in a Cyclone uniform past that due to this thing called the NBA lottery. Big, Thicc, and Smooth. Paul Pierce esque.
I posted I thought THT was going to be a better player than Niang. Hopefully a hot take that's correct rather than inflammatory.
THT has a built in nickname. why force Mamba down our throats when you have already evolved in to a one named person which is the pinnacle.
I think THT will be a better player than Niang, but the numbers won't show it because I doubt if THT will be here 4 years.
I know that's jumping the gun a bit since we haven't even seen him play one game in an ISU uniform, but THT is ranked right up there with how high Wigginton was coming in, and we're seeing now that Wigginton will only be at ISU 2 years.

Yea THT is one of those incredibly unique bball players (like Niang was). He’s just really crafty scoring the bball and can be an explosive and dynamic offensive weapon...ball skills like a PG but 6’5 with a 7’ wingspan...
One thing benefiting ISU potentially and THT is he will enter his first year at ISU at 17 yrs old...LW was 19 and just turned 20..THT could go thru 2 years at ISU and only be 19yrs old.
