I’m not down on pop culture, but I’m pretty sure that’s “Unrivaled”.
According to the internet it is an "L", not an i, which makes a lot more sense since you normally leave out vowels when you abbreviate words. Can't wait to give this place a try!
I believe the listed closing time is a loose suggestion, and it depends more on when they sell out. So get there early.

im a huge KU’d and Smokey d’s fan but people are saying this is better. I plan on a full review at some point
I had it yesterday for the first time, and it was really good. Would recommend
Can't wait to get back off the road and eat my favorite spots in Des Moines. KU'd has the best rub I think I have ever tasted. Ready for some Flying Mango too! I'll have to add this one to the list.
Had the brisket and pulled pork last weekend. Both had a good smoky flavor. The brisket had a really thick crust and was super tender
