Big 12 title game tickets...

I'll wait and buy them through ISU and get crappy seats so I still have something to complain about during a 10+ win season.
I've been thinking about buying tickets when they release tomorrow to avoid the secondary market increase in price if ISU makes it (still scarred from the sweet 16 ticket prices in Chicago). If ISU doesn't make it I could probably resell them for close to face value I would think.
Any advice from anyone who's bought post season tickets for an event before their team makes it? I know the Big 12 is partnering with lunatix.com to reserve rights to championship game tickets at face value, but I had never heard of them before yesterday and i'm not sure I want to pay the fee.
