Since I think Surly left the board, anyone want to attempt a B12 power rankings?

Seems like Texas and OU then the irate 8 then the 4 newcomers.

Crazy how the next tier of teams after OuT are bunched together. Prob true though.

Looking at the WVU schedule. They have a legit shot at 10-2, with their two losses on the road to top 10 teams. Other then OU, their remaining conference road games are against probably three worst teams in Big 12. Their homes games are against comparable teams so 50/50 or better games. Things break right, they are 10-2 and hopefully keep UT out of conference championship. I don't detest WVU like I do UT, so I would be OK with that.

Wow, their schedule turned out to be real nice. Play 3 of the worst B12 teams on the road.

Texas has a few spots left where they might stumble.

1. OU
2. Texas.
3. WVU Loss @ PSU was 14-7 at half, PSU threw for a td with 6 seconds left to pad the score. WVU's rb also hasd over 100 yards rushing against PSU, and PSU couldnt run the ball on WVU. of course WVU has NO passing game.
4. Kansas (if kansas doesnt have j daniels, WVU wins). Kansas was shown to be a pretender @ Texas
5. Texas tech
6. BYU
7. ISU
8. Oklahoma State
9. kstate
10. TCU
11. Baylor
12. cinn
13. UCF
14. Houston.

fwiw, CNN has WVU ranked 26th. Kansas hasnt beat anyone, and im not buying their good after they got rocked in Austin.

How did they get all four new teams? Their schedule is much easier than ours.
