Big 12: Players answer the tough questions.

What a riduculous question to ask players. What purpose does it serve, except to belittle some schools and further divide the conference? I applaud Texas for not having their players take part in the poll.
This would never be done by a newspaper in the Big Ten or SEC.

It was apparently a bit skewed towards the South, since Nebraska and Colorado players were excluded. So yeah, naturally most South players probably voted ISU and most North would vote Baylor.

As I recall, the poll also contained a ridiculous question or two last year as well. Hopefully, next year, all players will be instructed to boycott the stupid poll.

Did they at least ask our players this year? I thought last year they did this and none of our players were aware these questions were asked.

Kick out a team that just won a bowl game.....more-so than a team that has never even come close to sniffing a bowl game (baylor?) Wow.

Yes, I know the question in general is just plain stupid, but again....it was asked...and we were the punch line. It is just utter disrespect.

We need to win if we want respect. KSU was in worse shape then ISU before Snyder took over.

I believe Paul Rhoads will do for ISU what Snyder did for KSU. It isn't to late to change peoples opinions, but we better take advantage of this window of opportunity.

Agree. Did the paper ask any of the coaches that question? I bet not.
The Oklahoman took advantage of the players' youth and naivete by burying it in with the others. All of the other questions were informative and entertaining. Someone with a little more age and maturity, like a head coach, would have skipped the question or just got up and walked away.

I don't think you're appreciating the miracle that Snyder pulled off at KSU. We'll talk once Rhodes finishes in the Top 10 three times. Then once he does it three more times, he'll have equaled Snyder.
