Betting on sports in Iowa - Questions/How to?

I've never been much of a gambler but once in a while will go to Prarie Meadows for an evening. Now that sports betting is legal in Iowa, how does one go about betting on a game here and there? Can a person do this online? Lets say I want to put $50 down on ISU vs Iowa, do I have to go to a casino to do this or can I use a website to do this?

You have to go into the casino and verify your age and identity and set up an account. Then you can use their app to bet from there

You have to wait a few days for an account to be created for mobile (at least for now) but prairie meadows has a sports book counter that you can go to and place bets
 
I have a question I haven’t seen answered anywhere. If I live outside of Iowa, but come and register at Prairie Meadows, can I bet on my app when I am back in a different state?

Nope. Have to have the GPS location in the state.
 
Did anybody actually get their account yesterday? Was told 1-3 days before the account would be created and sent via email.

I don't have my online account either. I was there yesterday and they said it would take a bit for processing.
Once it is emailed to use apparently we have to go back to PM to make our first load into our account.
