Been eating these a lot lately, anyone know of one that stands above the rest?

I believe that there is a broccoli and cheese "baked" potato one that is pretty good.

I like the broccoli and cheese potato one. My favorite is probably the teriyaki chicken one though.

Smart Ones are the microwave dinners correct? I actually have a question about microwavable foods. Is it true that ionizing occurs with the radiation and it alters or destroys the biological molecules in the actual food, which then causes the foods to lose a lot of its nutrients?

I've heard this several times but never seen a legitimate study done on it... It does concern me, because if this was true I would probably avoid microwavable foods altogether.

Is it making you smarter yet?

Eat a bunch of them!

I work for ConAgra Foods and I have passed this question around to some folks in product development, who all say this is absolutely not true. If you want a second opinion on that, I'm sure you could consult a nutritionist as well.

Also, in the interest of promoting ConAgra, I would encourage all of the Smart Ones fans here to try our Healthy Choice products. I especially like the Cafe Steamer line, which has a variety of options and all are around 300 calories or less.

Healthy Choice - Cafe Steamers - Steam your healthy meals in the microwave. Unlock fresh taste and crisp vegetables.

There seems to be a lot of disagreement but from what I've gathered is that microwave radiation level of 2.45 GHz is not enough to remove an electron, let alone break chemical bonds. So it seems as if the nutritional value is retained in the microwave.
