...College or Pro? They called him Air Jordan for a reason. I will give it to Jordan. And I had to post this when I saw it. As **** Enberg would say, "Oh My!"

He was the perfect mix of athleticism and a fanatical desire to win.

I had stumbled upon this clip of Jordan (OP), after noting that ISU's '23 BB class in now ranked #7 or #10, depending on source, and one of the teams ahead of us in that ranking is Louisville. That surprised me because Louisville was so bad recently.

So I looked up Louisville's current BB coach, Payne, and said to myself, 'Don't know much about him'. But Denny Crum, who passed away this year, I did remember well. I especially remember Darrell Griffith. Man could he jump! He reportedly could jump 48 inches! But he couldn't palm the ball, his hands were too small. He did make up for that with his amazing leaping ability!

My picks would be Dr J and David Thompson followed by Darrell Griffith. Maybe it’s my age picking my favorites.

Jordan had serious hang time and style.

In terms of violent dunkers, Shawn Kemp, Vince Carter and Dominique Wilkins immediately come to mind.

For overall power, Shaq wasn't flashy, but I feel like he could break your wrists if you tried to get in the way of some of his throw-downs.
