In my era, gotta go with Kantrail Horton. He was the glue behind the Big 12 title teams. And he never lost a game at home. Good question, though.

Easily Vroman. Horton was good but Vroman was a beast. He played 2 years in the NBA after ISU. He was the first pick of the second round in 2004.

had a couple classes with Vroman not exactly a model student. Horton was huge on the big 12 championship teams. I went Ron Blayless He may not have the stats but dude could drop a dime and pick the ball like few cyclones.

Interesting that my 1, 2 and 3 on this one are all 2 year players.

Horton, Bayless then Vroman.

Horton was so versatile and he had ice water flowing through his veins.

I'm too young but the two I do remember watching I cannot differentiate between who was of better quality.

Bayless was awesome! His shot was kind of loopy...from down low...but that isn't what got him to this level! Dude could get up and down the court! Who was in his back court with him...Thigpen?

Bayless rocked.
Vroman was cool, but he isn't the best #4.
Terry Woods was a good baller too.

But the best answer is Kantrail Horton. The guy was huge for us in the backcourt. When you are part of a team that beat KU 6 times in a row, and win back to back titles in the BIG 12.... you win.

Tough call between Horton and Bayless, had to give it to Horton though. He was so underrated and was nearly unstopable when he put the ball on the floor, just overshadowed by Tinsley.

Kantrail Horton is one of my favorite Cyclones of all time. And he was an excellent point guard in his own right when Tinsley needed a breather.
