I think Emery has done a great job with the roster since he's been here...but this draft has me less than enthused. Any other Bears fans here know much about these guys? I feel like the fans in Major League reading the rosters...

Both Sutton & Carey are studs but especially Sutton. He should soothe the pain of losing Peppers in Free agency.

Sutton was a steal in the 3rd. He had 13 sacks in 2012. The RB they took today is also a great value pick. I also like the Fuller pick a lot too. Will replace Peanut next year as the starting CB. The only reach so far in his draft was taking Ferguson in the 2nd round.

I will say though, I was a little disappointed when they took a punter in the 6th that wasn't Kirby.

I'm excited about Fuller. Don't know anything about the DT's or S, but Carey was a really good college RB. Hopefully that translates to the NFL

Really? I actually thought they did pretty good. Fuller is a great corner, and with the receivers the NFC North has, the Bears needed a solid corner. They then shored up their D line pretty good with Ferguson and Sutton.

I hope vereen is ready to compete at safety. I know they brought in some FA in the offseason, who I admittedly don't know much about. But damn, the bears were awful at that position last year.

bears had no depth on D, and we had a lot of injuries. I expect to be a little bit more respectable this year just if we stay healthy.
