Trying to plan a trip for a big combined bachelor party(2 wedding parties of close friends 15-20 people) to lake of the Ozarks. Need some advice of where to stay and bars are fun. Want to possibly rent a boat one day and the others drink and play drinking games. Plan on going down on a Thursday and staying until Sunday.... Help me with some ideas. Thanks!!!!!

These two don't go together...IIRC, most rental boats have a stipulation that they don't go to party cove, and some GPS track them.
Only advice I have is...don't be stupid. I have seen that lake dragged, only to come up empty, way too many times.
I had a bachelor party weekend down there. We rented two houseboats. We had a terrible time with our boat motors - the generator wouldn't stay running so we had no air conditioning on one boat for pretty much the entire time there. The company we rented from did refund for us the entire boat and the fuel so it ended up being quite cost effective. But hot as hell.
Aside from that it was a ton of fun. I remember little else from the weekend. I'm no help.

Horney toad, coconuts (if it's still open), lazy gator (never been there but going by it looks like a decent time). I know some people that had their bach. Party down there and stayed in a hotel and liked that. We also have friends that have a house in a cove so they had a place to stay. Maybe see if someone is selling a time-share or willing to rent their condo.
