I'd have a hard time putting another Big XII team in the Top 20 right now.

I tend to agree. Some team could make a leap, not sure which it would be.

Athlon isn't too high on BIg 12 as a whole compared to other leagues. Projecting only 5 NCAA bids, same as Pac-12, one fewer than Big East.

SEC has 8, ACC 6 --- I'll have to see that to believe it.

I would think a 9th place finish would be completely unacceptable, no?

I mean it depends on injuries etc.... but with a healthy team, I'd be really disappointed, but would it throw me onto the anti-Prohm bandwagon nope. Our recruiting seems too solid to get bent over one bad yr.

I think it would be worth questioning some things though.
