MLB: Astros MGR. Cecil Cooper Fired!

HOUSTON (AP)—The Houston Astros fired manager Cecil Cooper on Monday with 13 games left in another disappointing season. Not surprised.

Not surprised but I've always thought that Coop was a good in game manager.

He'll find another job on a club that has the resources and he will be successful.

I always knew Cecil would find his way back to Milwaukee. He belongs there.
