Current Standings
Baylor 15-0
ISU 10-5
TTU 9-5
OU 9-6
OSU 8-7
WVU 8-7
KU 7-7
KSU 4-11
UT 3-12
TCU 1-14
In the month of February.
ISU 5-1 (beat #3, #4, ##8, #8, 9 and lost to #6)
OSU 4-3 (beat #4, #6, #8, #10 and lost to #1, #4 and #10)
So knowing this, can someone tell me why OSU is the only non Baylor Big 12 team ranked in the AP poll?
Now I expect ISU to be in there tomorrow, but this is just stupid. ISU had won 4 straight including two wins over the top 4 in standings, but lost to WVU and got dropped from the poll.
On Feb. 11, OSU was ranked #25 even though they had gone 2-4 over the previous four games and had just lost to OU. On Feb 4, OSU had lost 3 of their last 4 including to WVU and KSU and was ranked #22.
I don't think OSU has been un-ranked at anytime this conference season while 3 teams ahead of them in standings have been voted in and out repeatedly. Why does the media have a love affair with them. What are they seeing that I'm not?
