Anyone know of a rental farm house (or house in Ames)

My wife and I have to leave our current rental house at the end of July and are looking for a house to rent near Ames. We would prefer a farm house but would be open to a nicer home in Ames. don't want to spend an arm and a leg on rent, but we know we have to pay for a nice house too. If you have a house or know of anyone that might please send me a message.

Edit: Anywhere in teh Ames, Boone, Slater, Story City, Nevada, Huxley, Madrid area would be great.

There was a farm house for rent North of Nevada (co black top 14, I think) earlier this winter. Haven't been by there for a while so I don't know if it's still available.

What are you looking for in the house? I have a place on 8 acres north of 30 between Boone and Ames - 12 minutes to the Vet School exit.

It is a walk out ranch with about 1,700 square feet on each level.

That's a great looking property Cyeah. Makes me kind of wish we were in the market.
 
A house in Ames would work as well, but we preferred a farm house. Thought I should clarify due to some questions. Thanks.

Thanks, it was supposed to be our last house. We were in it 51 weeks after building it then needed to relocate. Such is life.

I would definitely entertain offers...
