Like I alluded to, it is not a perfect analogy.I don't follow this analogy. So you're not allowed to quit your job, even if you don't like your boss, because your company is the reason you have marketable skills?
The enhancement of Ham's game is in many ways, the product of the ISU MBB.
Also, if a job signs an under-qualified/trained candidate to a four-year contract (I know scholarships are for 1 year) and invests heavily to get them competent, I think most would agree it is acceptable for the employee to fulfill the expected length of the contract.
Regardless of this analogy, Ham is not Ham of today without ISU. Perhaps he could have reached this level in two years without ISU... however he did it at ISU. He is the one that chose not to go to a JuCo.
