Andrew Long in trouble again!

That's sad. Was apparent to about everyone here he needed help. I thought that a change in environment might help, but it appears it didn't. Only he can make the change though.
 
WOW!!! I was ready to have him back on the team too. I seriously thought he had changed his ways, apparently not. Huge waste of great talent!

What kind of help could that be? Everybody has bent over backwards to help him in the past . . . character is a PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Does "Only he can make the change" not make clear that he did not accept the help that was offered? I see no reason to mischaracterize and yell about what I said. Seems rather childish if you ask me.

Sometimes people are too far gone that even the most well meaning efforts are not going to succeed. Sometimes people are self-destructive to the point of literally killing themselves through their behavior. I know of such situations. I do not know the specifics here, except that I know there were strict guidelines if he was to be allowed back on the Iowa State team. But I expect family members and others did what they can.

Others should not feel responsible for his behavior since only he can make the change. That is the only way it will take.
 
And people here thought he changed, and got his act together? Please.


Glad he no longer represents our wrestling program, university, and reps the cardinal and gold.
 
Yeah, this guy is a real winner. After all the trouble and lying at ISU, surprised he was given another shot.

Maybe the next change in environment will help.............if found guilty.
