That was a great write up. The guy has a knack for being tactful without sugar coating, but graciously honest in the process. Glad he enjoyed the visit so much.

I just wish our football culter didn't squat on the ball with 40 seconds left before half or whatever. That passive, insecure, lazy coaching is infectious.

I two weeks we might actually be able to have our own team stay on the field and celebrate in front of our fans like all of the opposing teams get to do in front of their fans that traveled to Ames. It's turning into a once a year opportunity to celebrate a win at home.

Outside of Iowa, Texas obviously included, there are misguided perceptions of Iowa. Much like your assertion that the superiority complex is a Texas thing.
