Guys I got this, these are obviously the lyrics to "Friday" by Rebecca Black years before it was recorded. The scribbles make just as much sense as the lyrics. I'm surprised this wasn't decoded earlier.

Gang, I have spent literally dozens of seconds researching this topic, and these documents can only be one of 2 things:
- the BCS formula. I can't say definitely, because I can't see the 3rd page with the adjustments (if school = Big 10, *1.2. If Big 12 north, *.75, etc.)
- the Gettysburg Address, as dictated by the Swedish Chef.
Now, where are my CF credits and/or Quizno's coupon?
