MLB: All Cubs Channel a Possibility?

I don't think it'll happen. The ariticle cited the success of the YES Network. To this date, YES isn't on Dish Network and YES and various NYC cable companies were locked in a heated battle over distribution when the network launched, similar to Big Ten Network.
I can see someday though, the Cubs will vanish all together from WGN. The number of games aired on WGN have been dwindling every year. Don't think it could happen...who would've thunk that the Braves would vanish from TBS?

If they wait until 2020, the Cubs will probably be one of the last teams to have their own channel. By that time the Yankees will probably have a different channel for every day of the week.
