Help: Access to Rivals Forum?

I am unable to access the Rivals Forum. Can you help diagnose the problem?

You probably are not opted in.

Go up to "Settings" in the upper right. Then go to the section in the image below. You should be able to opt in to that and Politics at that point. Good luck!
