Yes I'm on crack. If we can get a W at Texas, then I do think we have a fighting chance to beat KSU, KU, Texas Tech, and West Virginia. Assuming that all comes to fruition, then we'll all have to admit Paul Rhoads was right about this being a bowl team and I'm not sure how to handle that.

We were a bowl team last year, except we didn't have the coaching.

I assume we're going to win out until otherwise proven.

5-1 to finish the season seems like a tall order. But if they figure out how to close out games in the 4th quarter, keep improving every week, and stay relatively healthy, then it isn't a totally crazy notion. And if Rhoads was right and this is a bowl team, so what? He's not here anymore, so why rehash the past?

They will need everyone to stay healthy but it is possible. Texas is winnable as are 4 of the last 5 (I don't see OU happening). By winnable I don't mean "should win" but "can win". But to get ALL of them is a pretty tough row to hoe.

I'd say about a 5% chance to get 6 wins. Yes, I am sayin' there's a chance. Just not a great one. I would set a competitive over/under at 4.5 though.

Where are the Purple Kansas and Blue Kansas games being played at this year?

a whole lot of things would have to go right to get to six wins. First thing that needs to happen is that the TO margin is going to have to change directions. Not saying it is impossible, but let's get to 3 or 4 wins before we get too excited.

We will be doing well to just beat the over 3.5 wins for the year. Had a chance but didn't come together soon enough for a bowl game this year. I suppose there is a REALLY slim chance that they could get 5 wins and still go to a bowl game.

Is it possible? Sure. I wouldn't put 5 bucks on it, though. I am thinking 4 wins, which is double what I was thinking after the SDSU game.

Sorry, phone issues here. Anyways hate to put a ceiling on things but I could probably live with wins over UT, Tech or KSU, and murdering Kansas by 30 points. Play WVU and OU close at home. While thats still a lot of big 12 losses, if the majority were close it would give us reason for optimism.

I was not expecting to go bowling this year. I would like us to have a better record than last year though.
