On KGYM 1600 AM in CR this afternoon they had on the guy who covers the Ohio State men's basketball team.

One of the questions they asked him was his opinion about the Iowa MBB radio announcer being suspended for the rest of the season. The guy basically said, "I don't know who that is, and I don't know what he did". It was so funny. Iowa fans just assume everyone follows them and knows everything about their program.

And the truth is, nobody outside the state of Iowa really cares about Iowa, ISU, and especially UNI or Drake. No matter how many times you tell Iowa fans that nobody outside of this state cares about them, they just refuse to believe it. Their arrogance is off the charts. It's hilarious.

Especially an OSU guy...lol. The CBus metro has about as many people as the entire state of Iowa. There are 10 million sports things going on in this city right now. There is one thing going on in the entire state of Iowa.

I was flabbergasted that there were 2 separate threads on this board on the Dolph issue over the weekend. Not sure why this board cares at all.

Meh, I don't think that's that bad. Iowa fans are arrogant, sure, but this made espn, and due to the geniuses in the Iowa AD's office is one of the biggest Iowa basketball stories to end the season. Plus, the guy's talking to an Iowa radio station. I don't think it's too outlandish to think that it would have heard about this
