Of course, the WEC fleet will be competing. I get to see them at the Lone Star Le Mans here in Austin in September.

When I was a kid, this was the sporting event I most wanted to attend. I had been two years in a row to the Can-Am/6 hours weekend at Watkins Glen (1971,1972). As I got older my taste switched more to Formula One. I will be watching pretty much all of the race this weekend though, at least what they show. F1 race is set to record, I'll watch that after Le Mans is over.

I went to the twelve hours of sebring and it was some of the best racing I've ever seen. Just chilling out on a lawn chair a few feet from the track.
