There is generally a social at Albert G's on Saturday night. Guessing it gets tweeted out by Iowa State wrestling twitter sometime next week.

Anyone know when brackets are released?

According to last years thread that @theshadow did the preseeds should be released this weekend next Monday and the final brackets right before the start of the tourney. I also imagine there was a bracket release a little earlier than the Friday before and that they were just updated last minute.
