Big week for players hovering around 50 in the OWGR to qualify for the Masters. Fowler beating Rahm is pretty big.

Unless he messes up the next two matches against Horschell and Mitchell (who tied yesterday), he should win his pod. It's all going to come down to his putting which he's been working on for the past year.
WOW. Adam Scott just hit the stick right where it meets the hole on a par three, got a terrible kick and rolled to about 30', and damn near into the water
Taylor Montgomery is looking like the next real deal. Just beat Spieth and didn't blink a bit while doing it.
Matsuyama conceded to Homa (before playing) due to a neck injury. Homa is in the final 16 at 3-0.
This course is probably the one on tour that I would shoot the worst on. Carry tee shots, everything slopes away in to trouble.
I love this course. Not for me to play but all of the high-risk/high-reward opportunities for the pros.

Wow, Tom Kim airmailed the green on 13 and hit something in or on the tent and it ricocheted straight back across the green and into the water.
Announcers seemed to think that he might have been trying to overshoot for safety and it just backfired.
Rickie got it done in fairly dramatic fashion (was 2 up on 17 and airmailed it into the hazard, and then laid up on 18 short, right and behind a tree before scrambling out a par to tie the hole and win the match).
So he's in the final 16. Has to win his first match to get into the Masters?

Pretty sure Horschel won their pod but still important points for Rickie to win that match.
