2023-2024 European Soccer League Thread

With European soccer leagues starting back up, I thought it would make sense to post a thread like this. Even though most posts will probably be about the Premier League, between Wrexham being in League 2 and some posters enjoying different leagues, I thought there might be some interest in other leagues.

The English Championship started today with Southampton playing Sheffield Wednesday and last week Bundesliga 2 started with Schalke playing Hamburg. If you have ESPN+, definitely consider watching that game; it was really good.

That was a fun slate of EPL games on August 26, highlighted by Fulham! Down a man in the 87th minute, they score and withstand an Arsenal onslaught over ten minutes of stoppage time to earn a draw at the Emirates. Well done Cottagers!
