They were locked when they beat Purdue. They’re just moving up seeds at this point and could get to a 4/5 if they keep this up. Playing really well.

He's definitely "worth more" than they were paying the previous coach.
If he wants to coach I'm not sure if he'd get many P5 sniffs but an A10 type of school should absolutely look at him.
