Let's say I work for a large corporation with two divisions. One brings in more revenue than the other. You're saying that because my division doesn't bring in as much revenue, I should make less than my counterpart at the other division, all other things being equal?

I mean you can't really compare that completely. It is like being a 40 hour IT guy (so to speak). If you work for Apple you are going to be making a whole lot more than some startup. Might have the same brainpower but your product isn't as popular.

Not really because those are different companies. The USMNT and USWNT are both controlled by the US soccer federation.
