Who's highlight tape impress you the most from the 2017 class?

1. OT Jeff Nogaj - I really like him and am just as hyped about him as Kam White - DUDE IS A BEAST!
2. DT Kamilo Tongamoa - SO MUCH MASS AND SPEED! Gauranteed starter if he comes to work.
3. LEO O'Rien Vance - Vance could be a beast off the edge, but I still question if he makes it to ISU (grades) - why would Iowa let this talent go without a fight in their own backyard?
4. CB Octavious Morgan - reads the QB extremely well at the JUCO level, but he never plays press coverage, which scares me.
5. S Kam White - just physically gifted and you wonder how he will handle being tested in the Big 12. Does his game to the next level, or will he shy away from the major competition?


Best ISU recruit (HS or JUCO) highlight tape?

Not saying he has the best ever, but I was always impressed with RB DeVondrick Nealy's sophomore highlight vid:

1. O'Rien Vance - great speed and size
2. Ray Lima - Reminds me of Tucker
3. Angel Dominguez - Awesome size and mobility...I could see him playing outside or inside too since he is already 6'4" 255 as a Junior.
4. Josh Johnson - his breaks on his cuts are awesome. such quick feet. Added bonus for the camp videos that have been floating around.
5. Octavious Morgan - his break on the ball is very nice.

Honorable mention to Willie Harvey. The way he plays down hill in that video is awesome. I watched that the first time and new he had the potential to be something special. (I have that same feeling about vance if he can make it here)



My favorite video is recent...David Montgomery. I loved his tape from last year. I think he is something special as well. He will take some time to get used to getting north and south since he is a RB and not a QB, but I think he is the best athlete we have had on campus in a long time. His lateral speed is just as impressive as his straight line speed.

Nogaj is fun because he just looks like a beast. He looks really raw, but he could be something really special if he takes well to coaching
