2017 BIG 12 football schedule?

When does the BIG 12 come out with there schedule for next year? We have the non-conference schedule, but not the conference schedule.

One would think there's a lot of discussion about the conference schedule due to conference championship game ramifications, like should "Bedlam" be moved to earlier in the year avoiding a potential double-play at year's end?
