We always seem to fall flat after half so I put together some numbers real quick. All I did was compare ISU 1st/2nd half scoring vs the opponent.
1st Half: Iowa State averaging 16.5 points vs Opponents averaging 16.0
2nd Half: Iowa State averaging 10.3 points vs Opponents averaging 16.9
The deviations are pretty large but there aren't many samples so that's to be expected. Regardless it seems pretty clear that our 2nd half adjustments are just bad.
