What has been determined (if anything) for our '15 non-conf sched? I know we have multi-year agreements to play teams like Iowa, Michigan, UNI/Drake, etc... Any new ones? Have they picked a tournament yet?

I thought CFH and co. had an excellent schedule this fall though I'd love to see us step up to play in one of the bigger Nov. tourneys (Maui, anyone?) and/or schedule a historically strong east coast school like Forida, UNC, 'Cuse, 'Nova, UConn, etc... low downside, high upside

The only guarantees right now are:

Drake
@Iowa
CBE Classic in KC

We don't play Michigan next year.

We need to do a tournament in a city where lots of recruits can attend (and so their families can experience Cyclone Nation). It will also allow the Hilton Magic Mobile Unit to be deployed.

Think were done with Michigan. For sure playing in the CBE classic in KC next November, not sure if the other 3 teams have been announced, and also Fred said there will be another non con game against a big bcs school.

The Michigan series is done. It was a home and home. Maui is out of the question until 2016, we are playing in CBE Classic in Kansas City next year.

It amazes me that we don't have more scheduled already, but I guess it is a much different animal than in football where things have to be scheduled far in advance.

Right. This could be the Big 12/SEC challenge, although I think it would only count as "big" if we got Kentucky or Florida as our matchup there. Someone guessed a home-and-home with UConn which could be true as Fred and Kevin Ollie are friends.

I like the regional match ups but I want a blue blood school in Hilton. Having mediocre Minnesota, DePaul, Illinois team isn't that exciting in my opinion

I would like to see us play Minnesota and Missouri fairly often. It would be cool to play some big time teams too, but unless if it's something that can become a regional rivalry I doubt we'll see anything consistent.

I wish the Chicago area schools didn't suck, playing a game at DePaul would be fun and if Fred wants to start recruiting Chicago more often, it would be good publicity.
