    during the summer they kept pricing within 2-4 cents, but 12 cents when the students are back....totally unacceptable

    I have also been told that is Thompson Oil. But don't know if that is true, or a easy target.

    The "cost" of gas is the same as Des Moines. They charge an average of .11 cents per gallon higher because they can. I have complained about this for years, but keep being told that it is what the market is. So I vote with my check book. I Never use a convenience store in Ames for anything...

    I am going to keep my 4 tickets, although I have decided not to purchase an extra 2 in the end zone. My tickets to football and mens basketball is taken out of our Vacation money for the year. with the money spent, I could have a nice cruse somewhere warm in the winter......

    I purchase 4 extra for clients and have bad a hard time giving them away. Will be re thinking my investment for next year. I will maintain my gift,primarily for BB , but will cut back my football tickets.

    2014 Deer Hunting Season

    I took my grandson out for the first time yesterday. unfortunately we did not have one come in close enough but had a great time in the tree stand. we saw lots of Turkeys. I could not of asked for a better hunting partner

    Just practicing my Tavenhawk impersonations just love this team. our guys play smart and tough. would have loved game this as a W. but we had a chance at the end of the game at a very hard place to win. see you all in K.C. Go Cyclones !!
