    This team is very bad at drawing fouls and also very bad at not committing fouls. Almost unbelievably so. 11 of the last 12 fouls went against ISU today. Also managed to lose the WVU game that was tied with 8:00 left without WVU making a field goal for the remainder of the game.

    Before I watch the game replay

    Kolar is lined up in the backfield, Allen and Soehner are on the LOS and both ineligible because they're covered up by receiver at the bottom of the formation. But Allen and Soehner both block and neither go downfield. No idea where the penalty came from on this play, I think maybe they lost...
