    Federal government has a program like this for their employees. They will give you a subsidy to offset bicycle maintenance, and I think they may even give you money towards purchase of a bicycle. But, I can't recall all the details... I live too far away from my workplace, it's 100+ degrees here...

    I'm a federal employee and work in a lab. They relaxed a bunch of teleworking rules, so I have been working from home all week. Fortunately I had a bunch of reports that needed writing, so timing has been good in that respect. That will eventually have to end because I will have lab work piling...

    Since they're also suspending interest on federal student loans, I'll probably give it right back to the government to accelerate the process of getting out of debt.

Unfortunately, my station is run by draconian morons who are afraid we won't work nonstop if we are out of their sight for a second. So, despite government policies on teleworking, our leadership...

    I keep a bunch of stuff in the "saved for later" section of my Amazon cart to monitor prices and purchase if there's ever a great deal. A few of them actually went up in price during this sale. Nothing went down by a meaningful amount.

    Wait until you see the price of grad school gowns. The PhD robes at some schools are $1k or more.
