    Agreed. I wouldn’t be completely surprised if the person who reported the issue is part of some protected class which caused Barta to go a little overboard with the public statement given the whole discrimination thing in the past.

    I’d be surprised if this happened. I can’t imagine any Iowa or ISU fan ever doing this in this day and age but when you’re in you’re in a stadium full of fellow fans and alcohol is introduced people do crazy stuff.

    One of posters on the HR pay board said they witnessed the N word being yelled at band members so you can take for what’s it’s worth. If it was only something like throwing a few things or yelling **** Iowa that would pretty petty of Barta to issue a public statement like this.

    I think the end result of the game yesterday is distorting some of your views of how good of team you guys have. You guys have a very good team and am pretty confident that Campbell will have them firing on all cylinders Saturday. I'd take the clones to cover easy.

    Both of those are debatable. Personally i'd rather have Gholston over Enyi and B Smith/Smith-Marsette over Pettway but that's just my opinion.

    I would probably take Purdy over Stanley but Stanley is much better than Twins gives him credit for. Although it's tough to tell if that guy truly believes what he says or if he's trolling.
