    The AmazonSmile 0.5% is good and all. But imagine donating 6% on every case of Busch light? $1.20 on every $20 case of beer you drink if you redeem your cans. Easy money.

    True.. but what about having a few in campustown? A lot of college parties that the cans just get tossed. I know that I would have put all my cans in there as a student instead of bringing a single case back for a $1.20

    Who cares where the money is coming from? Rephrase as, come to ISU where cans get recycled by dedicated fans to pay for my education and opportunity to pursue my dreams.. sounds a bit different to me

    That's a good point. I know a lot of people that will trash them or pack them with to be thrown away. With that, do you think having can donation bins for whatever reason, even the homeless or other people to pick up, would encourage cans from just being thrown away, never to be redeemed?

    Off the wall thought here. Maybe it's been brought up before. Do you guys think can donations could make a nice chunk for NIL? Have can donation spots at tailgate lots and other places around Ames/ Iowa? Only 5 cents a pop, but I've seen the amount of beer we can put down on a Saturday..

    A 4wt or 5wt should be fine in IA and CO. I prefer chest waders. But in iowa the leg waders should get you around most places

    Highlandville general store will have any tackle you'd need. Any spinning rod setup will work fine. I'd suggest 4-6 lb line and a few spinners. I prefer panther martin, but mepps and rooster tails are good too. Shoot me a message if you want some creek reccomendations.
