    You can change your mind, but the school is under no obligation to take you back. A good player might be welcomed back more often than not. I suspect, however, that we don’t hear about the hundreds of players who change their minds only to find out that their teams have moved on.

    I’ve watched every minute. I know one of the players for Minnesota-Duluth. The players are starting to look like the U.S. National team in the movie Miracle when they did lines for hours after a loss.

    Medved will get a long look. He's from Roseville, he went to the U of M, was a student manager there, coached as an assistant there for one season, his parents still live there, and he has strong connections with the high school and club programs in the Cities.

    The Urbandale school district is completely landlocked. While their neighbors - DCG, Johnston, Waukee, Ankeny - continue to grow, Urbandale's student population will drop. No new homes means no young families moving in.
