    So if Gonzaga went 25-3 with wins over Kansas, Texas Tech and Baylor and losses to Houston, Baylor and Oklahoma you would choose them over a 25-3 Big 12 team with the same losses, just because the had a tougher OOC schedule?

    It's not bad for the sport for half the season being irrelevant stat padding for playing in a crappy conference? The only thing out of conference SOS is to basically break a tie between two close teams.

    I think there is a REALLY narrow window where Alabama would be ahead of Baylor and Baylor head of Iowa State. I doubt that comes to fruition.

    I didn't mention Lee because he doesn't play OF. But when he comes up and plays 2B, Julien moves to 1B and Alex Kiriloff could be a trade piece. A trade package of Kiriloff, Emmanuel Rodriguez and Marco Raya could get you a hell of a SP if you wanted to go that route.

    I don't know if the Net changed, but it REALLY hate's Quad 4 games. If 6 of ISU's quad 4 games were Quad 3, we'd be somewhere between #3 and #5.

    Right. Odds are that the Big 12 always gets a bye, but an undefeated team in another conference could jump them, especially if the parity of the Big 12 causes them to eat their own. Would a 10-3 Big 12 conference champ be higher ranked than a 13-0 AAC or MWC champ?

    Get your tin foil hat :) If there was a conspiracy, they would make sure the best SEC/Big10 teams ALWAYS play the teams from the other conferences so that all of the lower teams are eliminated as soon possible. Plus, if there are ever 2 Big 12 teams, its likely that one of them gets a bye.
