    Lots to be upset about, but that field isn't on the list. When down by 2 scores with so little time on the clock you have to take the quickest points so you have time to run 1 or 2 plays after recovering the onside kick.

    I don't really expect that we see him on the field on Saturday, but was off crutches and walking into the football offices the same afternoon as his surgery. Playing big boy football is a big jump from walking though.

    Nothing to see here. I think it's pretty clear that he was saying that it has always been tough to compete for recruits in the state of Iowa. It's no harder with Rhoads, because McCarney did a great job too.

    They were on the east sideline before, now they are about 3/4 of the way up in the north end zone. I always wondered why Iowa gave the visitors such good seats in the past, so this was a smart move on their part.

    Their is no way that Iowa backed off of Ozigbo. They will be fine if they can get a commit out of Ware, and then the backup plan will be Karan Higdon, the USF commit who has an official scheduled. All 3 would be good gets for the Hawks, but none of them are in the bag.

    So sorry to hear about this loss to the Cyclone family, but more importantly, to the Bray family. I'm a Hawkeye fan, but had the great pleasure to coach Curtis's son in Upwards football this season, and they are such a great family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!

    LSU was obviously the better team. With that being said, Iowa could have won without the turnovers and a little offense. I'm not a woulda, coulda, shoulda guy and the better team won. I'm just happy that Iowa exceeded the expectations of our fan base this year.

    Props to UNI, Great effort and faintastic game.
