    Bowl - West Virginia vs. Minnesota

    So it appears the Sqwuaks are going to beat 2 teams that won 2 bowl games in the 2021 season. Maybe 3 after we win our game in 40 minutes or so. They will be insufferable about their tough schedule.

    I do not post much -- but this above post is right on. Iowa State is so much more than just a 'football' or sports team. This is just flat out embarrassing. To deny that is just childish. And if you don't think this will be picked up in the national media -- you have your head in the sand.

    Seriously that is the best reply? It isn't a hard concept to understand. Either you are for ISU or you are not. If you are for ISU you don't choose to go to a squak game when we are a home. Records don't matter -- you represent or you don't.

    My God -- you would never catch me at a Squaks game. As far as distance -- what is 2 hours in a car? Pretty weak excuse -- you either bleed red or you don't I guess. Particularly on a home game weekend.

    The only way to stop it is to get the players attention. The fines do not get players attention. The only way to make them listen is to make them sit. Does it really make a differnce if someone is paralyzed by a first time offender or a so called head hunter? I do not think so.
