    Early(Mediacom) games on clone zone?

Also looking for a way to watch games that aren't nationally televised. First season I've been away, so I'm not sure how everything works.

    Basketball Expectations

Turnovers and front line depth are my biggest concerns. If we're playing the offense we want to play, it won't matter who's bringing the ball up. If I were to guess, Chris Allen will be the one counted on to make big shots. This team should win 20+ games, but I am tempering all expectations...

ISU Wins First Game In Italy 96-55

    Scottie, Babb, Allen, Ejim, White

    Italy Details?

His numbers stood out most to me as well. If he can give us 10-15 solid minutes a game, we are going to be in great shape. I think Ejim might eventually turn into the type of player Damion James was for Texas.

    Italy Practices

I personally see a starting lineup of Allen, Christopherson, Babb, Ejim and White going into Italy, with McGee and Booker being first 2 off the bench. McGee will be that guy that provides a huge spark with his ability to score and defend.

    Italy Practices

Practices for Italy start on Monday. They're doing 3 a week up until they leave. Also heard that Chris Allen will most likely be running the point (when they're not running, in which anyone will bring it up), at least going into these practices.

ISU vs Michigan Home and Home 2011-12

this is an ideal non-conference game. Love it!

    Niang highlight reel.

I don't see his athleticism as an issue, especially with his level of skill around the basket. He gets up the floor pretty well and can get above the rim.

Hoops Recruiting: Niang/Hoiberg connection spurs early commitment

Sounds like he's the type of kid that will never be satisfied and will continue to put in the work to improve his game. Love it. Great start to the 2012 class.

    Niang commits to ISU!

I bet that the Godfrey departure was the last thing that sold him to Iowa State.

    Niang commits to ISU!

If Coach Hoiberg sees him as a "hybrid 4", I'm guessing he has a game similar to Royce White.

BASKETBALL RECRUITING: Percy Gibson visiting this weekend

Percy and Bubu got up some shots in the practice facility yesterday and from what I've heard, Percy fits the bill for replacing the void that Godfrey left. He's at about 235 (lbs) which is also encouraging.

Chris, how do you see the two remaining scholarships playing out?

He's listed at 6'8 240 on Rivals. I was going by Chris's blog on Monday seeing as Rivals usually exaggerates height and weight.

Chris, how do you see the two remaining scholarships playing out?

At this point, we don't know how long he'll be out because of suspension. In a perfect world, he'll make tremendous strides this off-season and only have to sit out the early portion of non-conference.

Chris, how do you see the two remaining scholarships playing out?

If he is indeed 6'7 200, he is much smaller than Godfrey as far as frame goes. Godfrey was undersized but made up for it with his motor. Regardless if we pick up anyone else this spring, I think we'll see more of Babb against smaller teams and more of Booker against bigger teams. I have a bad...

Chris, how do you see the two remaining scholarships playing out?

Looking at size alone, I worry that Gibson would not be an immediate contributor. In Chris's Monday Musings, he listed Gibson at 6'7 200 lbs. Unless he gets on a great weight plan this summer, there's no way he could guard in the post with that frame. His Rivals page lists him at 6'8 240...

    Godfrey dismissed from team

I'm a little worried about the production of our front court now. Especially if Royce White gets off to a slow start.

    Godfrey dismissed from team

This was his 3rd strike. This makes getting Percy Gibson that much more important.
