That’s weirdly specific. It’s almost like you cherry picked 3 positions.
There are currently 40 former Hawkeyes in the NFL. 8 offensive touchdowns. 3 Pro Bowlers from last year. I don’t have time to look up the INTs, Sacks, Tackles, etc. but if you do and can use it pwn me, then go ahead.
It’s pretty hard to use the transitive property to correctly pick winners of football games. The best way would be to use head to head. Let’s see:
Last 10: Iowa is 8-2, Iowa State 2-8
Last 20: Iowa is 14-6, Iowa State 6-14
Last 30: Iowa is 19-11, Iowa State 11-19
Last 40: Iowa is 29-11, Iowa...
He has not played at Illinois, Purdue, Indiana, or NW.
He has played at Michigan Stadium, Kinnick Stadium, Lucas Oil Stadium, Hard Rock Stadium and at PSU, MSU, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and the other three above.
So 11 total venues
Oh. I thought we were having an honest discussion. Anyway as a geographic outlier that has struggled to adjust to B12 life, WVU is 73-63 since joining the conference and ISU is 60-77 over the same time period.
Same here for BYU, except the margin is even bigger. The only category ISU wins is head to head, which is measured in four games all between 1968 and 1974

There is not a single metric in which ISU is a better program than WVU. The Mountaineers are a better program by a landslide.

I don’t know what objective criteria you could use to put BYU or WVU behind Iowa State as a program. Bowl wins, head to head, national championships, bowl appearances, NFL draft picks, etc. please explain with data.
Didn’t i read on here that you all thought a really good solution was collecting cans after tailgates?
You only need sixty million cans to get there. Good luck!
